You can find AMS's address & phone number in the subscription agreement. If you are an Arizona resident, you may drop off your material at our Tempe, AZ facility (see map - open by appointment only - please wait in the lobby for your turn at your designated time), or request a free pick-up if you're within the 20 mile pick-up area by filling out and submitting the contact form. After Arizona Media Service has digitized and uploaded your footage into the vault, a specially formulated QR code just for you is created by our team, printed and send to you via e-mail. The first 10000 customers will also receive a picture of their Qr Video Vault and six peel-off QR codes via regular mail and your streaming service is active.
What does this QR Video Vault cost?
This personalized streaming service offers three auto-renewable tiers, ranging from
$78.00 per year, $199.00 for three years and $299.00 for 5 years
Is the QR Video Vault safe against "hacking"?
The QR Video Vault stores all information on military grade servers. Your family memories are protected by multiple firewalls and the fact that the QR code varies for every customer, makes it almost impossible to "hack". Besides, there is no monetary value for any hacker to break into the vault, since no personal or banking data is stored in it.
Does tape digitizing cost anything?
Yes...like any other service oriented business. However - digitizing through AMS becomes way more affordable than the use of other digitizing companies, because of the discounts the subscription offers: during their active subscription, members will receive 25%-50% discounts on future digitizing and upload fees, making the QR Video Vault stream a unique and affordable experience like no other! How long does digitizing take?

Absolutely! However, if you own DVD's/USB's, their playback format does not match the internet standard and has to be re-converted. Not every Competitor has the right equipment to convert a DVD, but AMS's technology experts can convert DVD's into the right format for the QR Video Vault. Active subscribers can get this done for 50% OFF the regular DVD conversion price plus 50% OFF the upload fee. If you have a dozen DVD's or even more, it is definitely worth it!
I already have a digitized version of my memories on USB. Can I still use the vault?
Yes! The QR Video Vault is for everybody that wants to store their memories in a safe place. If your codec on the USB matches the QR Video Vault codec, there is only the upload fee due at 50% OFF per file with an active subscription.
Does my subscription renew automatically?
Yes. Every subscription will renew at the original tier-term chosen, with all the mentioned benefits on an annual basis unless a change has been requested by the original subscriber. The subscription renews by using the original form of payment and the subscriber is obligated to inform the streaming company of any changes.
